What We Are Doing to Keep You Safe

We want to share with you what we are doing to help maintain a healthy and safe environment, following guidelines established by the CDC and LA County Public Health:

  • When you arrive for your appointment, you will be pre-screened for symptoms of COVID-19 and history of contact with person(s) with COVID-19. We will also record your body temperature.
  • If you are symptomatic, we will schedule you an immediate telemedicine appointment with one of our senior practitioners.
  • We will usher you promptly to your treatment room when possible.
  • Our interns, faculty, practitioners, as well as front desk staff will be wearing masks during your visit for your protection.
  • Treatment tables, chairs, and all reusable equipment are cleaned and sanitized after each patient.
  • All high contact surfaces throughout the office are cleaned and sanitized frequently throughout the day.
  • All staff, interns, faculty, and practitioners go through the pre-check process described above at the beginning of their workday.
  • Our clinic waiting area has been rearranged to ensure and encourage physical distancing for both our employees and our patients. Plexiglass shieldshave also been installed at the front desk counters.
  • Credit card payments are encouraged.
  • Person(s) accompanying patients are strongly encouraged to wait in their vehicles or outside the clinic to minimize congestion.

Please dress appropriately for your treatment including using a face covering. We will not be able to provide you with a facial mask.

We are also asking for your email address so that we can email you receipts and superbills and communicate important information to you.
