We also have one bathroom, ample storage and 3 parking spaces for staff. Patients have street parking available or can valet at the hotel right next door. Total monthly overhead is approximately $5200 - including rent, utilities, phones & internet, business & W/C policies, linen service, and payroll for one ¾ time front desk employee.
$2600/mo - 2 treatment rooms full time or 4 treatment rooms 1/2 time for 1 practitioner
$1300/mo - 2 treatment rooms 1/2 time for 1 practitioner
