Treatment rooms available for sublease in the city of Pasadena, South Lake Ave. area. Looking for an acupuncturist or other holistic practitioner. Currently a sole proprietor Chiropractor is in the space and wanting to sublease one to two treatment rooms. Please email me for details and to setup a time to see the space at moabbi@sbcglobal.net. When contacting me, please include some information about yourself including what type of practitioner you are and what days of the week you are interested in renting. We are open to full day and half day rental rates, or a monthly rental. Month to month lease. Rental fee will include: all utilities paid including wifi. Rooms can be furnished or not depending on your needs.
