DAOM Program Assistant and Admissions Coordinator

Yo San University seeks a Licensed Acupuncturist to support the work of the Director of our DAOM Program regarding all aspects of student recruitment, admissions, and development of program promotional materials. This is a part-time position with 20 hours weekly.
The Program Assistant will create and publish marketing material together with the DAOM Director. He/she will manage the data base of all inquiries to the DAOM program and will cooperate with the DAOM Director in regular communication with all inquires. The Program Assistant will also manage program faculty and student files as well as electronic dissemination of materials and communications with candidates between residency sessions. The Program assistant will attend the Doctoral Academic Committee meetings twice a month and be responsible for the minutes.
The Program Assistant will have weekday on-campus office hours and will be available for all once a month designated DAOM residency weekends. We seek a strong team player who has excellent written and oral communication skills and who is able to do informational presentations to current and potential students and faculty. The successful candidate needs to be proficient with Word and Excel and be a gifted multi-tasker with strong communication skills.
