Reporting to the Yo San University Bookstore Manager, the position of Bookstore Assistant Manager and Alumni/Career Services Coordinator is an approximately half-time exempt position (up to 20 hours per week) which has responsibility for assisting the Bookstore Manager regarding all aspects of the operation of the University Bookstore facility with special focus on ordering and inventory tracking. In the role of Alumni/Career Services Coordinator the person holding this position is responsible for planning and carrying out activities that facilitate career development among current students and alumni. The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, business/retail/service experience, knowledge of a range of Traditional Chinese Medicine career resources, and excellent oral and written communication skills. The Bookstore Assistant Manager will start work effective January 6, 2014.
