I conducted analytical research work on adult ferret’s retina in order to map out a mosaic distribution
of retinal amacrine cells.My duties included maintenance of animal colonies, perfusion, tissue
harvesting, tissue preparation with histological stains and conducting quantitative analysis on retinal
cell subtypes in order to understand distributive mosaics in adult ferret retinas.
